Madison “Max” Guiser October 22nd 1997 - November 27th 2016 Our beloved Madison lost her war with Mental Illness though she had won many battles. She was an artist foremost, being drawn toward a career in behind the scenes stage operations. Her mysterious brand of charisma drew people toward her and they fed on her energy and passion (when she wasn’t napping). She loved tagging along on several charity walks and events. Her favorite creature was the fox, though she was an active volunteer with an exotic bird rescue group. Her favorite quote was “Art is what you can get away with” by Andy Warhol. A favorite song, not surprisingly, How to Save a Life by The Fray. Madison is survived by her mother Rachel Guiser; grandparents Phyllis and Ralph Guiser of Midlothian, VA; her Aunt Laura (Jordan) Taylor and cousin Adelaide of Richmond, VA., as well as her maternal great-grandparents Phillip and Zella Rose Fulmer of Plum Boro, PA.; Great-Great Aunts and Uncles, Connie Jamison of Lincoln Place, PA., and LeRoy Williams and Dottie Williams; Great Aunts and Uncles, Gary and Carrie Guiser of Connecticut, Regan and James Jennings of Nebraska, Karen and Bill Vrabel of West Mifflin, PA., Deborah and John Fowler of Seven Fields, PA., Sharon and George Snyder of North Huntingdon, PA., David Fulmer of Plum Boro, PA., Bill and Nicole (Melotti) Guiser of Mount Lebanon, PA., Chanin and Michael Van Thiel of Tarentum, PA., Robert and Diane Guiser of Irwin, PA., Ryan and Jennifer Fulmer of Plum Boro, PA., and Mark and Fiona Guiser of Allison Park, PA. Add to these her seventy eight and counting cousins. Like a beautiful song, she was loved by all who knew her and will be missed. Family and friends will be received Friday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the GENE H. CORL INC. FUNERAL CHAPEL AND CREMATION SERVICES OF MONROEVILLE, 4335 Northern Pike (412-372-2100). Additional visitation will be held at the Holiday Park United Methodist Church, 81 Sandune Drive, Holiday Park from 9 to 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 3, 2016, with a funeral service following at 10 a.m. (Everyone please meet at the church).
