Age 63, of Penn Township, PA, on Monday, September 9, 2013. He was the son of the late William B. and Helen (Driver) Finley; father of Colleen (Anthony) Appolonia of Rhode Island, William B. "BJ" (Jennifer) Finley of North Carolina, and Pamela (Leroy) McMunn of Pennsylvania; also survived by seven grandchildren; former wife, Patricia Finley; and a brother, David Finley. Bill served in the U.S. Navy and USN Reserves from Jan. 10, 1972 to Dec. 6, 1976. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh. He retired as a Railroad Conductor for the Union Railroad. He was an avid gun enthusiast and outdoorsman. There will be no visitation. Graveside Services will take place at Plum Creek Cemetery on Tuesday, Sept. 17, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Pamela Finley McMunn, c/o GENE H.
