Audrey M Hestin Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Age 85, of Monroeville, went peacefully to meet the Lord and to be with her beloved husband, Edward, on Thursday, May 26, 2022. Audrey is the daughter of the late Elmer and Mildred Hoch; mother of Ed (Karen), Kathy Derry (Pat), Ann Marie Bodi (Peter), Betsy Hudson (Chris), Chris (Nellie), Dan (Maryssa); grandmother of Erica Pristow (Ryan), Janelle Bench (Josh), Ryan Hestin, Sean, Megan, Erin, and Brendan Derry, Tara and Kevin Bodi, Jacob (Ali), Andrew and Sam Hudson, Edward and Elisabeth Hestin, Rylee Hestin; great-grandmother of Emilia and Alana Pristow, Ava and baby boy Bench (due in September); sister of the late Neal Hoch (the late Lenore), and Fred (Jennie) Hoch; and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Her absolute favorite hobby was sewing. She applied her love of sewing to fit thousands of students in uniforms at Gateway High School, IUP, and Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps. She spent many hours volunteering with the North American Martyrs Stitching Angels. Audrey lived every day caring for her family. Friends will be received Tuesday, May 31, 2022, from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. at the GENE H. CORL, INC. FUNERAL CHAPEL AND CREMATION SERVICES OF MONROEVILLE, 4335 Northern Pike (412) 372-2100. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at Christ the Divine Shepherd Parish at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 245 Azalea Dr, Monroeville, PA, 15146.
